One of the nicest stories we have heard this year was that of an elderly couple for whom we fitted their first ever carpet.
In all of their long years of marriage, they had never had fitted carpets and once the job was finished the lady was so happy that she was in tears. Seeing his wife crying for joy, moved her husband to tears as well.
Witnessing this scene, I imagine Warren, our best carpet fitter, was on the brink of tears himself!
